These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Turnkey Living, a rental platform for appliances and furniture operated by Fitverse Wellfin Private Limited ("Turnkey Living", "we", "us"), registered at 32, Chowringhee Road, Om Tower, 7th Floor, U-706, Russel Street, Kolkata, Kolkata – 700071, West Bengal. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Turnkey Living lets you rent appliances and furniture on a monthly basis, individually or as a combo, instead of buying them outright. Products remain the property of Turnkey Living for the full duration of the rental — renting a product does not transfer ownership to you.

Account & verification

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. Signing in requires verifying a one-time code sent to your email. Before we dispatch your first order, you'll need to complete a one-time KYC verification by uploading a government-issued ID, which our team reviews within a few hours.

Rental tenure & payment

You can rent a product for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Longer tenures come at a lower effective monthly rate. You can pay monthly, or pay the full tenure upfront for an additional discount that varies by tenure. A refundable security deposit applies to 1 and 3-month rentals — it is automatically waived on 6 and 12-month tenures. Products may not be offered on every tenure; the tenures available for a given product are shown on its page.

Your responsibilities

You agree to take reasonable care of rented products, use them only for their intended purpose, and make payments on time. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from your refundable deposit or separately billed.

Limitation of liability

Turnkey Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a rented product. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
